Keith retired from a lengthy career with the City of Toronto as Director of Human Resources and Director of Management Consulting. He has wide management and management consulting experience in the public sector including a stint with the Bermuda Government where he was employed for seven years. Before working in Bermuda, he worked for the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) and the Greater London Council in England.

For the past two years, Keith has served in a volunteer capacity as President of the Peachland Wellness Center Society and as Chair of the Seniors Housing Steering Committee. He enjoys creative writing and is working on his second mystery novel.

Keith is married to Olive, a former psychiatric nurse and crisis worker who is currently a coordinator of the Peachland Aging in Place Program. Keith and Olive have lived in Peachland for nine years and have three children all of whom live in the Okanagan Valley.
