Notification of Road Closure & Highway Dedication Removal
In accordance with the Community Charter (s.40 & 94), the Corporation of the District of Peachland gives notice of its intention to adopt a highway closure bylaw and a highway dedication removal bylaw for a portion of Tailyour Lane, as shown in bold on the diagram below. Council will consider adoption of these bylaws at a future regular Council meeting, date yet to be determined.
Persons who believe they will be affected by these bylaws may make representation to Council by way of written correspondence, or in-person directly to Council. Written correspondence can be emailed to corporateservices@peachland.ca, or dropped off at Municipal Hall at 5806 Beach Avenue up until 4 pm of the date of the meeting for adoption. To schedule an opportunity to make a representation to Council, please email corporateservices@peachland.ca for more information. All submissions received by the deadline will be provided to Council and become part of the public record.
