Businesses on Beach Avenue adjacent to public spaces may be permitted to obtain a seasonal sidewalk patio permit to allow for outdoor seating or merchant displays. To apply for a permit, complete the application form, and submit it to Municipal Hall to the attention of the Planning Department, and pay the non-refundable fee of $50.
