Licences
Business licences are required to conduct business in Peachland. A business is described as the carrying on of a commercial or industrial activity or undertaking of any kind or nature, or the providing of professional, personal, or other services for the purpose of gain or profit, including home-based businesses operated entirely within a residential dwelling or accessory building. Business licences are valid for 1 year, from January 1st and should be displayed in a prominent location in your business.
Payment for 2025 business licences is now overdue. If you have not yet made payment, please do so to avoid having your business licence cancelled.
How to Apply
- Review the necessary bylaws and regulations to determine if you are permitted to operate your business in your desired location.
- Determine what type of business licence you need using the dropdown menus below.
- Download and complete the Application Form. Please ensure you provide all appropriate supporting documents with your application package.
- Submit your application electronically to bylaw@peachland.ca or in-person to Municipal Hall: 5806 Beach Ave between 8-4, Monday to Friday.
