The District of Peachland Sign Bylaw regulates the number, size, type, appearance and location of signs for both public and private property. If you are planning on installing a sign within the District, you will need to apply for a Sign Permit.
Please review the District of Peachland Sign Bylaw 2158, 2016 for detailed information on specific regulations relating to the type of sign you are planning on installing.
NOTE
Any sign placed on District or public property, right-of-way, sidewalk or infrastructure (e.g., utility pole, fence, etc.) requires written permission and approval of the District's Bylaw Enforcement Officer regardless of whether or not a sign permit is required. Any sign placed without approval of the District's Bylaw Enforcement Officer will be removed and destroyed.
