The Fitness Room is equipped with cardio machines, a universal cable machine, three benches, dumbbells, a pull-up bar, a squat rack with bars, kettlebells, Plyo boxes, and medicine balls. Come by the Community Centre, and one of our staff members will be happy to give you a tour!
To help us maintain a clean environment, please wear indoor, clean shoes while working out. Boots and outdoor shoes are not allowed in the Fitness Room. Thank you for your cooperation!

Equipment Sanitization
All fitness participants are required to sanitize their equipment before and after use using the provided spray and paper towels.
Hand Hygiene
Participants must wash their hands with soap and water or use the provided hand sanitizer before entering the Fitness Room. Hand sanitizer is also available in the Fitness Room for use during your workout.
For the safety and well-being of others, please refrain from attending if you are feeling unwell.
